Error: Invalid email address or password

You may receive this error while trying to log in for one of the following reasons:

1. You are still a Contact in CS-VUE. You must be invited to CS-VUE as a User. Please ask your Administrator to invite you to CS-VUE.

2. You have not set your password from the invite email. You must click on the invite link to set your password. You cannot set your password from the log-in page. If you no longer have the invite email, please ask your Administrator to re-send the invite.

3. Your email address is spelt wrong within CS-VUE. Please contact [e-mail] to check and resolve.
