I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

You change your password from the homepage:

1. Go to app.csvue.com 
2. Under the Submit button click on Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address that you use to log-in
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email that is sent to this email address
5. Log back in using your new password (see requirements below).

Note. CS-VUE uses a global industry standard for passwords and follows guidelines published by OWASP.org (Open Web Application Security Project™).

Your password must have a minimum of 10 characters and at least 3 of the following character groups:

• Upper case character
• Lower case character
• Number character
• Special character (!%$ etc)
