How do I change my password?

You change your password from the homepage:

1. Go to app.csvue.com 
2. Under the Submit button click on Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address that you use to log-in
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email that is sent to this email address
5. Log back in using your new password (see requirements below).

If you are automatically logged into a license, click on your initials in the user chip on the far right-hand side of the screen and select Sign out to go to the homepage.

You may also use the Forgot Password screen to test if you are receiving emails from CS-VUE. Just ignore the password reset email if you receive it.

Note: CS-VUE uses a global industry standard for passwords and follows guidelines published by OWASP.org (Open Web Application Security Project™).

Your password must have a minimum of 10 characters and at least 3 of the following character groups:

• Upper case character
• Lower case character
• Number character
• Special character (!%$ etc)
